Prebuilt- Mule Delivery System
- When access is available, barns are prebuilt and hauled to their location, then off-loaded of a trailer.
- Many of the barns can be prebuilt and delivered thanks to our custom designed trailer
- If the location of the barn does not allow for prebuilt delivery, our team will bring the components that had been prefabricated to the location and assemble the building on site.
- Painting or staining and caulking(except with optional paint)
- Building and zoning permits
- Cash, check or credit card on delivery
- 4" deep pad of ¾" crushed stone base 1' larger than building on all 4 sides is highly recommended, but not required. Must be level. Remove sod and fill back in with stone or build a frame to contain stone. See photos for ideas.
- If permission is granted to enter yard, we are not responsible for yard damage. With our mule, damage to your yard is not very likely.
